 The Acer Iconia A1-830 is stylishly thin and runs continuously without problems during the occasional use. With the back in smooth aluminum, it looks solid yet comfortable to hold and has a microSD card expansion slot. Running an earlier version of Android; delay in performance if multiple applications are open or if multitasking; the screen resolution is low by today's standards; it no longer has a micro-HDMI port. On the right edge, prominent projecting power and volume buttons sit on top, while the microSD card slot, expandable up to 32GB ..-- is just a few inches below. The back of the tablet is fairly simple, with dual speakers on the bottom half and the back camera on the top right corner. The Iconia A1-810, the model before the A1-830, offered a Micro-HDMI port, but it seems that Acer has sacrificed on the new model to meet its low price and / or the standard trendy slim-is in the tablet. The Acer Iconia A1-830 comes with a nearly pure version of Android 4.2.2 and lack of exciting bells or whistles. However, it includes a healthy variety of preloaded applications.
